In the bright and cozy 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor with a combined living-sleeping area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a beautiful balcony and a living area of about 44 m², up to 4 people can relax. The elevator takes you to the light-flooded apartment, which scores with its large, floor-to-ceiling window front directly upon arrival. The open kitchen with counter is integrated into the living room and makes your vacation wonderfully pleasant thanks to the many amenities such as a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. From the living area, you go directly to the protected balcony with a southwest orientation. With an area of about 7 m², it offers another wonderful place to stay with fresh sea air and a beautiful view. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. In addition, the living room cabinet can be transformed into another bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) for up to two people. The brightly tiled bathroom is comfortably equipped with a corner shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The apartment has its own underground parking space right in the house. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee. There is also a lockable bicycle cellar with free charging station for e-bikes.
