The "Niederbuchner vacation apartment" was added to the Niederbuchner family's existing home. Construction of our vacation apartment began at the end of 2022. The sustainable design with a flat roof and green roof as well as the switch to sustainable heating formed the basis for the extension. The extensive exterior design with a stone wall took a lot of time. The accommodation was completed at the beginning of 2024. Since then, our vacation apartment has been available for guests. The idyllic property offers peace and relaxation in a rural setting. The large window front provides direct access to the spacious terrace, which is perfectly set off by a rustic stone wall. The terrace faces east - ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. Who is our apartment suitable for? Couples and families will feel at home here. What's on in Chiemgau? The Chiemgau mountains, golf courses, leisure parks and lakes are all close by. Lake Chiemsee in particular is a highlight (steamboat trip, excursion to the islands of Frauenchemsee and Herrenchiemsee). No matter what time of year - the Chiemgau offers many opportunities for activities: Hiking in the mountains (e.g. climbing the Hochfelln, Hochgern or Kampenwand), biathlon in winter (Ruhpolding), day trips to Salzburg (50 km) and Munich (100 km). The Chieming golf course and golf club are just around the corner.
