The internal space is composed as follows: - LIVING ROOM with two sofas, desk, TV, dining table, split A/C, access to the veranda and private garden; - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with two single beds pushed together, wardrobe, split A/C, access to the private bathroom and veranda; - BATHROOM I (inside bedroom I) with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, access to the private bathroom and the internal patio; - BATHROOM II (inside bedroom II) with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and access to the internal patio; - INTERNAL PATIO with a small table with chairs; - COVERED VERANDA equipped with dining table, armchairs, deckchairs and sofa; - Private garden; - Shared POOL. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, split heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. Cots and cots for children on request and subject to availability. ATTENTION: Heating and air conditioning are provided ONLY via split A/C. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
