Downtown Florianópolis: 18 km/20 minutes Palhoça Center: 4.9 km/8 min Practicality, comfort, safety, privacy, and hospitality are some of the things you can expect during your stay here. The apartment is on the second floor. The space You will be in a well-equipped, comfortable and suitable space for AIRBNB. You will have everything you need and with quality, but this is a simple residence just like the home of many Brazilians, so DO NOT expect great details in the decoration or a high-end apartment. In the future, we will improve on these points. ACCOMMODATIONS • Bedroom (A) with 1 double bed. • Bedroom (B) with 3 single beds and up to 3 extra beds and mattresses upon need. In bedroom (A) we have a small wardrobe available and in bedroom (B) we have another 4-door wardrobe. Both bedrooms have fans and windows with thermal film. KITCHEN •The kitchen is simple and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. It has basic utensils such as pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. In addition, you'll have access to a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. With a simple and cozy decor, this kitchen is perfect for those who want the convenience of preparing their own food while traveling. LIVING ROOM •Our living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or work. It is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable sofa to accommodate all your guests. The Smart TV is equipped with a variety of streaming services, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more, so you can watch your favorite shows. In addition, the room is well-lit and airy, which creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for all guests. BATHROOM •The bathroom is simple and offers everything you need to meet your basic personal hygiene needs. There is a toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a shower with hot and cold water. Towels and basic toiletries will be provided for your convenience. Although the bathroom is basic, it is well maintained and cleaned regularly to ensure your satisfaction during your stay. Guest access You will have exclusive access to all rooms inside the apartment during your stay. In addition, the condominium offers several common areas that are available to all residents and guests. We hope you enjoy all the amenities we offer! Other things to note Our guests know exactly what to expect: 1- They do not expect a luxurious environment or exquisite decor, but a simple, functional and clean home, just like the home of most Brazilians. 2-They know they will be in a safe residential neighborhood with easy access to highways, but at a considerable distance of 4.9 km from the city center. 3- They have more time to dedicate to the trip, as the check-in/out process is extremely simple and practical. 4- They have no unpleasant surprises during their stay and can count on my 24/7 support to ask questions and receive tips about the city. 5- They respect the neighbors and the condominium rules, especially about quiet hours. 6- They know we are not responsible for the use of common areas. These areas are for shared use with other residents and guests of the condominium, and their use is subject to their rules and regulations. In addition, we cannot guarantee their availability, nor can we offer a refund if any of them are under maintenance during your stay. 7- They know that it is necessary to provide official photo identification, vehicle license plate, and full name of all companions. If any other additional documents are requested. This data must be submitted within 30 minutes of booking.
