The Location is perfect for relaxing Days at Lake Chiemsee and trips to the Bavarian Mountains on foot or by bike. At the same time, you are in the middle of town where you can easily reach everything. There is a parking space available for you directly in front of the House and a barrier-free entrance leads you comfortably to the apartment on the ground floor. You can start your day with a delicious coffee on the spacious terrace and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this Apartment. To ensure your sleep is first-class, cozy box-spring double beds with hotel-quality bedding await you in the bedroom. Furthermore, a version with an extra sleeping function was chosen fort he sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a dining area for 6 people. Then relax in the cozy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 65-inch Smart-TV incl. NETFLIX and Internet-TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favourite shows and films in the best picture quality. On the terrace and in the garden you can expect additional seating, deck chairs for relaxing and a Weber Grill for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook deliciously. The Bathroom offers both a shower and a comfortable bathtub. Here you can relax after an eventful day. There is also a guest toilet in the apartment. For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. You will also find a washer-dryer in the bathroom, so you can do your laundry conveniently on site. Guest access You have the entire Apartment at your disposal. Make yourself at Home! Other things to note We provide quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with Bavarian beer, water, coffee and Tea also awaits you. Additional Service: Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an additional cost A Registration form must be completed prior to check-in. The Weber grill must be cleaned by guests after use - appropriate Equipment is available. If the Grill is not cleaned, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 €.
