Directly adjacent is the large dining table and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo pod machine, microwave, egg cooker, waffle iron, blender, sandwich toaster and fondue machine. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, smart TV and wardrobe. The spacious bathroom with window has hairdryer, towel radiator, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In the separate guest toilet you will find another sink and toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Iron, ironing board and clothes rack are also available for you. The two connected, furnished terraces can be reached comfortably from two doors in the living and dining area, here you will find table, chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, lounge furniture and the infrared cabin. The apartment is fully stocked with tiles and underfloor heating. The most important windows are provided with screens, all windows are provided with pleats, in the bedrooms also for blackout. Many sockets throughout the apartment also have USB A and C connections. From May 2025, a dog is allowed in the apartment upon prior registration. It is a non-smoking apartment. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day.
