The property boasts a large fenced garden with flowers, private parking for 3-4 cars, and external dining area with barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying a beautiful view over the valley. Among the outdoor spaces there is a beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, depth 220 cm), located at a lower level of the garden, and reachable by going down a stone staircase with a gate. The pool is open from June to September, and is equipped with sunbeds, parasol, and external shower.
