You have the choice between two terraces so you can find a sun and shade place at any time. In addition, there is a sauna house for your sole use on the back terrace, where you can relax undisturbed in front of strangers' views. Each bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box spring bed and a smart TV. The electric exterior blinds ensure the perfect blackout. You can park your cars comfortably at the house. Here you can expect two parking spaces as well as a lockable and spacious equipment shed that offers plenty of space for your bikes and other things. A washing machine with dryer function is for your sole use in a communal space, which you can reach via the back terrace. So that you can relax even with smaller children on vacation, a play box awaits you in the hallway and a high chair. Stairs can be locked with a staircase network located there.
