As an alternative to a hotel, we offer exclusive flats in a modern living ambience for short and long-term guests. - Our fully-equipped flats range in size from 55 m² to 70 m² - can be booked for short, medium or long-term stays - simple, reliable, discreet and a place to feel at home - and at a lower price than in a hotel ARRIVE & FEEL GOOD! The space ARRIVE & FEEL GOOD! No wishes remain unfulfilled in our approx. 70 m² holiday flat! The bright and friendly holiday flat is modern and attractively furnished. It can accommodate up to six guests. The cosy 5* box-spring bed in 2 separate bedrooms ensures a restful night's sleep! There is also a large pull-out sofa bed in the living room. A baby cot/baby high chair is also available if required. Bulky items of luggage and clothes can be stored in the spacious wardrobe. There is also a very high-quality, fully-equipped kitchen in the flat (microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils, etc.) and a dining area. A 50" LED satellite TV and free WiFi are available to our guests. Our guests will find a WC, washbasin, hairdryer and bathtub with shower function in their own bathroom. Especially in summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings on your own large balcony. High-quality bed linen and towels are also included in the holiday flat. Our holiday flat is centrally located, yet directly in the countryside on the edge of the forest in Schöllkrippen. You can easily reach everything on foot: - various shopping facilities such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe or Rossmann - pharmacies and doctors - DIY stores the bus station and the railway station In summer, the Schöllkrippen natural swimming pool is an insider tip and is only a few metres away from us on foot.
