The lovingly modernised, bright and spacious holiday flat with 130 m² of living space is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Zell im Fichtelgebirge. The space A cosily furnished living and dining room with Smart TV invites you to linger. Perhaps you fancy a game again? Playing cards, "Mensch Ärgere Dich nicht" or "Monopoly" are available for an entertaining games evening. The fully equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, extractor fan, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine incl. filter, Nesprosso machine, cooking pots, pans and bowls leaves nothing to be desired. There is also plenty of high-quality porcelain, glasses and cutlery. You will also find tea, sugar, spices, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper from the spice grinder. The holiday flat has two comfortably furnished bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. The beds are made up with bed linen before your arrival and we are happy to fulfil special pillow requests. A peaceful night's sleep with the windows open is guaranteed, as insect screens keep out annoying visitors. Roller shutters provide additional protection from the sun during the day and ensure reliable light and privacy protection. Towels and tea towels are provided in sufficient quantities. A large hallway with built-in cupboards offers plenty of space for clothes and shoes. You can also enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony/winter garden and watch the stars in the evening. Shading is provided by an electrically controlled awning. The beautiful bathroom with a view of nature, walk-in rain shower and ambient lighting completes the overall picture. All cleaning utensils as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station are available in the house. When the weather is fine and temperatures are pleasant, you can spend relaxing hours in the garden. Franconian sausages or other barbecue specialities can be prepared on the large gas barbecue. The hostess and an alarm system on four paws will welcome you personally. In order to minimise stress for two- and four-legged friends, unfortunately no other pets are allowed. WLAN and parking in front of the house is free of charge. Smoking is not permitted in the flat or in the house. The comfortably furnished holiday flat on the 1st floor invites you to relax in a very quiet location. It offers a view of nature and is located on the outskirts of Zell. The large garden can be used for chilling out, barbecues and children's games. Woods, fields, meadows and ponds, as well as the Saale cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. A hike to the Waldstein, the Saale spring or the Haidberg is possible directly from the flat. The surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities, such as walking, cycling, mountain biking, visits to thermal baths, bathing lakes, climbing forest, summer toboggan run, ski lift, or the Ochsenkopf - since December '23 the new gondola lift takes you up to 1024 m above sea level. Historic towns such as the beer town of Kulmbach or the Wagner town of Bayreuth can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Numerous museums tell the story of the region's history. Here you can still experience pure nature and Upper Franconian hospitality in an endearing and peaceful environment. And not to forget: Shopping is possible around the clock in our well-stocked "Waldsteinlädla"!
