You check in with us easily, flexibly, and independently using a digital door lock. You will receive the code a few days before your arrival. 🔑📧 Other things to note 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗔𝗫: A local or tourist tax of €2.90 per person per night (for guests 18 years and older) is required. This must be paid BEFORE ARRIVAL via bank transfer. 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟: For registration purposes required by the state of Carinthia, we need the completed check-in form from all guests BEFORE ARRIVAL, which you will receive from us via email in advance. 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: You can park directly in front of the apartment with a maximum of 1 car. Please park in a way that allows enough space for others. If you arrive with more than 1 car, you can first unload your luggage directly at the apartment, and then park your car for free at the large parking lot opposite the Nockalmbahn cable car station. (150 m) 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡 & 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗢𝗨𝗧: Our self-check-in allows a flexible arrival from 4:00 PM onwards. Check-out should be done by 10:00 AM at the latest so that we can prepare the apartment for our next guests. 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧-𝗧𝗩: A smart TV is available in the living room. You can log in with your own streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. 𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗦: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the apartment to accommodate allergic guests. 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦: Group parties of any kind are prohibited in this chalet (company Christmas parties, bachelor parties, etc.). 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: The apartment is non-smoking accommodation. Please respect this and smoke only outdoors. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each check-in. During your stay, cleaning utensils such as broom and dustpan are available. Upon request, you can request an intermediate cleaning for an additional fee. However, we need to clarify this individually with our cleaning staff and cannot guarantee it.
