Our bright, friendly apartment is about 50 m² and is located on the 2nd floor in the apartment of our two-family house. These can be reached via a separate outside staircase. Our house is quiet and yet centrally located in the heart of Eggstätt, surrounded by the Eggstätter Seenplatte. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Hartsee, the baker, the church, the innkeeper, and much more. Parking space, non-smoking, no pets. The space Our beautifully newly renovated and just completed apartment is about 50 m². In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a luggage rack and a clothes rack. In our kitchenette there is a fridge with freezer, oven and double hot plate at your disposal, the "standard" spices as well as vinegar/oil are also available. Our living and dining area is spacious, so you can relax on a 2-seater sofa with an armchair and a round dining area (TV/radio). The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower tub, as well as a hairdryer and a washing machine. Bed linen, shower towels, bath towels and dish towels are provided (changed once a week).
