The location The modern and cozy apartment is centrally located in Husum, just 500 meters from the train station. The natural Südermarsch is just a stone's throw away and invites you to take long walks. Husum city center with its diverse shopping, restaurants, cafés and picturesque inland harbor is only a 10-minute walk away. For nature lovers, the proximity to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wadden Sea, which is known for its unique flora and fauna, is an attraction. There are opportunities for guided mudflat hikes and bird watching. The dike and the sea are only 3 km away. Numerous day trips can be planned from Husum, and a comfortable train ride to Sylt is also possible and takes only an hour. The amenities The spacious apartment with approx. 90 sqm of living space offers everything you need for a successful North Sea vacation: The modern kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, an oven, a filter coffee machine (filter size 4), a kettle, a toaster and a variety of kitchen utensils. The inviting living and dining area invites you to spend time together and linger comfortably. A guest toilet is also located at this level. A wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200) and a master bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200) and a wardrobe. All windows are provided with pleated blinds and can be sufficiently darkened. There is also a desk in the bedroom if you need a retreat to work. A modern shower room with shower, toilet and a window overlooking the garden completes the picture. The fenced garden offers a rear-facing terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bicycles can be parked conveniently next to the terrace. Special features The apartment is a non-smoking residence and suitable for allergy sufferers. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi free of charge. You can park your car conveniently in front of the house. The accommodation is also suitable for families with young children, as a stair gate and a high chair are available.
