What sets our house apart is our top location in the immediate vicinity of the Elster Pearl trail, hiking, mountain biking and paddling. The space The half-timbered house has two floors, with the property located on the ground floor and extends over 110 sqm, with direct access to the sun terrace and adjoining garden. The property includes three double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and corner bathtub, small guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two parking spaces available on the property, and there are two public parking spaces in front of the house. The garden, including terrace, invites you to linger together and barbecue.
