Enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation and tranquility in the heart of the Emmental. The cozy and homely studio apartment with separate access is located in the farmhouse renovated in 2023. A covered terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to linger. Our organic farm is located on the edge of the forest surrounded by diverse nature overlooking hills and mountains. The farm offers valuable living and development space for people, animals and plants and is a place of strength and relaxation at the same time. The space Our apartment is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature in quiet surroundings and is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours through the picturesque Emmental. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. The apartment is located on the first floor of our 200-year-old farmhouse and was completely renovated in 2024. An open, light-flooded living room with a sliding wall, sofa bed and double bed, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen-living room with dining table and a bathroom with walk-in shower await you. The fire in the Swedish stove provides cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere on cold fall and winter days. A projector (without laptop) for movie evenings can be made available upon request. A covered, spacious terrace overlooking the countryside and the biotope invites you to linger and relax. The fire pit with grill and cooking facilities as well as a washing machine can be used. Parking is available next to the house. We offer donkey walks on request. Guest access The entire first floor, including a spacious environment (covered seating, biotope, fireplace), is at our guests' disposal. The apartment is accessible via a path or an external staircase. Other things to note The house is located at 750 meters above sea level at the end of a path. Next to the house there are parking and turning possibilities. Emmenmatt train station is a 15-20 minute walk. Trains run every half hour towards Bern or Langnau-Lucerne. The nearest shops can be found in Langnau (10 minutes by car). Here you will find a Coop, Migros, pharmacies, an organic shop, a bulk store and various specialty stores. Our kitchen is equipped with various pots and pans, all necessary dishes and cutlery, Pialetti coffee maker, raclette oven and fondue caquelon. Sunflower and olive oil, white wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar, spices such as salt, pepper, paprika, curry, herbs, nutmeg, etc. are always available. Coffee, tea and sugar are also included in the basic equipment.
