The environment is bright and airy, with smart TV and household items for your best stay. Guest access Access is through an entrance with a garage for compact cars that is already in front of the entrance to the space equipped with appliances and furniture in good condition and operation, with basic items for daily use for cleaning and utensils for preparing and consuming food with bed and bath linens with access to a cold water filter and ambient temperature. Other things to note We have a good space and a great location. It is a quiet neighborhood and we are close to a civil police station and a military police battalion. A motorcycle watchman always passes by at night. I emphasize that the street we live on is narrow and our garage accommodates smaller vehicles. It is worth noting that we have a gate that is manual and has a smaller entrance in the middle. If you are unable to receive it in person, we will make the key to the location available and share where to access it easily and safely. Although it is a quiet neighborhood, we recommend some safety tips, such as avoiding standing in front with a cell phone in hand and the gate open, always waiting inside with the gate closed, always checking if the smaller gate has been locked, turning the key at least twice, checking if someone is standing suspiciously on the street, if you notice, turn around and go around the block where there is more flow of people and do not follow if you find a suspicious attitude. Regarding the ride-hailing app, always check the license plate, model, name and photo of the driver. It is possible that, due to the street being narrower, you stop at the entrance on one side, remain attentive and only leave after confirming the driver's arrival.
