Other things to note We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. You must at least be 25 years old to book.
