The space The Ca' Mia house is immersed in the hills of Roero, 20 km from Alba and the Langhe, 35 km from Turin and 30 km from Monferrato. It is an open space of 50 square meters on the second floor of a very recent construction. It has an amazing brightness thanks to the refined exposed wooden roof with three large Velux windows that wrap the entire house. Climbing the stone staircase of Luserna, we overlook the living room where there is a comfortable wrought iron sofa bed to relax in front of the 32"TV screen. The kitchen overlooks the garden in front of the house, where thanks to the two bright windows we can see the amazing "King of Stone" - Il Monviso. There is a breakfast nook that has mocha for coffee, electric juicer, microwave, kettle with a wide choice of herbal teas. The kitchen equipped with all dishes, fridge, electric oven and freezer. The large bathroom with an exposed shower, heated by a heater, also illuminated by Velux. The master bedroom can, upon request, have a baby bed, the exposed hanger is designed. The entire apartment has free Wi-Fi,air conditioning/heat pump. In the courtyard of the apartment there is an equipped area, closed by a fence, where you can enjoy the fresh and crisp air of our hills. For the little ones, on the other hand, a corner of leisure and fun to find swings,slide, and swing. During the stay you can book tasting in the winery and tour in the vineyards of Roero.
