This is a private suite in a traditional house from the 20s that has been fully restored to combine the old school huge rooms and common spaces with modern infrastructure. We're 3 blocks away from the closest subway, 4 from trendy Italia Ave full of coffee shops and stores, and 4 from Manuel Montt Ave which hosts plenty of restaurants for all tastes. The space Le Marche features huge open spaces full of light and comfy furniture, perfect for both working or relaxing in the heart of Italia Neighborhood (which is an area within the much larger Ñuñoa official neighborhood). You'll be super close to both coffee shops to enjoy in the mornings and afternoons, and restaurants to enjoy at night. During your stay Traveling is my passion and I'd totally love to help everyone have the best experience. I'm around in the mornings and evenings on weekdays and mostly all day in the weekends. Always happy share! Other things to note Parking is not private. It's public as it's allowed in most of the surrounding streets.
