Our truly fantastic duplex apartment with exclusive roof terrace has been freshly renovated and is located right in the heart of Marburg's famous Oberstadt. Families with children or groups of up to 4 people can also find space with us. Here you will find everything you could imagine for a stay in Marburg - and this with an unbeatable location right at the foot of the lively Oberstadt with its great streets and cafes. Stroll in the small and unique alleys. The space Located directly on the pedestrian zone, it is also only a one-minute walk to the nearest shopping center. A bus stop with various lines to the center, train station, clinic and much more is also right around the corner. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer. A highlight is the counter of the kitchen, which can be used for dining on stylish bar stools or as a coffee bar. Coffee capsules and tea for a pleasant start to the day or the end of the evening are provided. Salt/pepper and oil for preparation can be found in the kitchen. A real highlight is the 25 m² roof terrace overlooking the university church, where you can experience our rustic half-timbered flair on spring days and summer evenings with a glass of wine or a cold drink. On the lower floor, our new box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) offers space for 2 people. The large smart TV offers Netflix access, which you can use with your login details. Online TV is also possible. Relaxation can also be found in our seating area for up to 4 people. In the attic you will find a cozy reading corner on our sofa bed, which offers 2 more people a sleeping place (1.40 x 2.00 m). In the bathroom with a newly designed shower there is ample storage space. Soap and a hairdryer are available. Linens and towels are provided. A warm towel heater provides extra comfort. In front of the house there is occasionally (if free!) a parking space directly on the Reitgasse. Otherwise, you can look for a parking space in the side streets. If these are all occupied, there are two parking garages within walking distance (1 min). The central train station is a 15-minute walk away. Guest access The entrance is conveniently via a key box directly at the house entrance. You will receive the code from us after booking. The apartment itself is on the second floor on the left.
