Welcome to our Capitana residence! A few meters from the sea, and close to the enchanting beaches of Villasimius, this house offers spacious and comfortable spaces for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the dining area overlooks a lush garden. The pool will be for your exclusive use, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. With four beds and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, we offer you an unforgettable experience. The space The entrance to the accommodation overlooks the loggia from which you can access the living area, consisting of the living room with a 5-seat sofa, smart TV, and PC workstation, and the kitchen equipped for your every need. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and wardrobe; the second with two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, hydromassage shower, toilet and bidet. All areas are covered by state-of-the-art air conditioners. The entire accommodation is surrounded by the garden, and in particular the bedrooms in the sleeping area overlook the pool. The same garden is equipped with everything from sun loungers to a barbecue. A sup board, surfboard, bicycle (adult size), as well as several games for the little ones are also available for use. The location is extremely strategic: it is about 25 minutes from the center of Cagliari and 25 minutes from the renowned beaches of Villasimius. A few meters from the entrance gate there is already a small rocky but very private inlet that allows you to take a nice bath at any time of the day. In just a 5-minute drive, you can also reach the beautiful Capitana beach. The area is served by everything: supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants, bars, pharmacy and post office. Guest access The entire property, including the pool, will be at your sole disposal during your stay. It is possible to access independently thanks to the electronic gate opener with keypad that will be shared at check-in. The large driveway allows you to park your car inside. Other things to note I recommend bringing water shoes. The beach below the house is rocky but in any case you can reach the beautiful cove of Capitana in a few minutes by car.
