Please note some of the boundary hedge planting has not yet matured, as such some areas of the grounds have direct access to the sea front, please ensure that children remain supervised at all times. Accessibility - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 89cm wide. The patio terrace is open and flat, whilst uneven in some places, such as the lawn area. Inside, the bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 73cm, whilst the shower room door is 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge area is 89cm wide.
