The approx. 129 m², disabled-friendly, non-smoking house with underfloor heating has a large living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, dining table, desk) with open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (2 single beds each, 1 can be joined together, 1 x TV), a large bathroom (2 washbasins, walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer) and a spacious hallway. There is also a large, covered and furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, a car parking space, bicycle storage facilities, play areas on the large property (incl. youth football goal, 5x2m), a table football table, free WiFi and a cot on request. Ollendorf is a district of the small village of Grünow, which lies on the edge of the Feldberg lake district and is the gateway to the Müritz National Park. The Serrahn Beech Forests, a World Heritage Site, are in the immediate vicinity, and the wooded and lake-rich surroundings invite you to go on extended tours on foot, by bike or on the water. A beautiful swimming area at Dolgener See is approx. 5 km away.
