The 12-bed luxury villa in the hills of Fano Villa Daya is a renovated and finely furnished cottage with boho chic details. The property is on two levels. On the ground floor is the open space with a characteristic wooden roof, where there are the living room and dining room. Next to it is a large kitchen with a direct view of the garden. The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 rooms, 2 of which are twin rooms with single beds and 1 double room. On the upper floor there are 3 more rooms, including 2 double rooms and 1 twin room with French bed + single sofa bed. In all there are also 4 shower rooms, one on the ground floor, 2 on the second floor and 1 full bathroom outside. The town of Fano is only 5 km away, there is a beautiful historic center and all amenities. The nearest beaches on the Adriatic Sea are less than 10 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Pool available from June to September . - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - One external bathroom has no shower. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 1000 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
