The Balcon des Bauges is the ideal place to recharge your batteries alone, as a couple or with the family, not far from the spa resorts of Aix-les-Bains and Challes-les-Eaux. This short-stay residence is also popular with business travelers and nature lovers who want both peace and comfort. The space comprises two bedrooms - one on the first floor and the second on a mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder; you'll find a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a super-equipped kitchen. This family outbuilding comfortably accommodates 4 people, and exceptionally up to 6 holidaymakers. The mountains and alpine lakes offer a multitude of activities, whatever the season: skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, water sports... But also FARNIENTE! Le Balcon des Bauges, a totally independent duplex, is located separately from the family property. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this charming, tastefully decorated cottage, which sleeps 4.
