The spacious living area with a cozy sofa, rocking chair and extendable dining table invites you to relax and linger. The adjoining balcony offers extra space to enjoy the fresh air. A smart TV (media library only) and a Bluetooth box are available for entertainment. The apartment is particularly suitable for families: on request, we are happy to provide you with various extras for children, including a travel cot, high chair, outlet covers, children's dishes as well as a play corner with toys and a small children's table. All power outlets near play areas are child-proof. Adults can enjoy a selection of board games. The apartment is located on the upper floor of an apartment building, without elevator. In front of the house there is a private, lockable storage room at your disposal, which offers space for strollers, bicycles or electric bicycles. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly.
