Our newly renovated apartment Villa Andreas is located in the state-recognized resort of Stamsried, just 45 minutes away from Regensburg and 50 km from Bodenmais. Cham can be reached in 13 minutes. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for sports activities such as hiking, biking or jogging. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation is the Schlosspark. There is a fully biological natural bath and a power path. The space Large 230 m² apartment with balcony and sunny terrace Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment Villa Andreas. In the state-recognized resort of Stamsried is our apartment with 230 sqm, over two floors, and can accommodate 1 - 10 people. The cozy living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. In the cozy dining area you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or prepared meal. From there you also have the opportunity to take a seat on the large terrace in the sunshine, or in rainy weather, to move to the balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with bunk beds built into a rock and an extra bed. Many different games, toys, children's books, and a shop are available for the little ones to play. For the smallest guests, we have also thought of a crib, a travel crib with a separate mattress, a baby bath with Angelcare, a changing mat and a step. Two high chairs and a rocker are also provided. The spacious bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, large mirror and a hairdryer complete the overall picture. A washing machine and dryer are available for cleaning your clothes. A cozy reading corner with books invites you to relax. You can also work out in the in-house gym or experience a fun soccer match. Please note that no pets are allowed. Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are available free of charge. Linens and towels are not included in the price and would have to be booked with us on request.
