Bright duplex penthouse in central Mataró, a 5-minute walk from the beach and around 14 minutes on foot from the station, with direct trains to Barcelona. Designed for 2 guests, it offers a private 20 m² terrace, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a second open sleeping area with a single bed. Air conditioning is available for an optional €5 daily supplement. The space Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, approximately 25 km from Barcelona and 30 km from the southern Costa Brava. It is an ideal base for guests who want to combine relaxed days on the Maresme coast with visits to Barcelona and the beautiful beaches and coves further north. The Maresme region offers activities for every kind of stay. Guests can enjoy BMX and mountain biking at La Poma BikePark in Premià de Dalt, karting and motorsport experiences around Granollers and Montmeló, spend a summer day at Illa Fantasia water park, or visit the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Sea lovers can enjoy water sports at the ports of Mataró and Premià de Mar, while nature lovers can explore Montseny Natural Park or take a day trip to the Costa Brava. The apartment is arranged over two levels and has a standard capacity of 2 registered guests. Lower level: • Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and balcony access. • Bathroom with shower. • Bright living and dining area with TV and balcony access. • Open kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle. • Balcony with washing machine. Upper level: • Open sleeping area with one single bed and wardrobe. • Private 20 m² terrace with an outdoor dining table and sun lounger. The sofa is for seating only and is not offered as an additional bed. The upper sleeping area and terrace are reached by an internal staircase. Children must remain supervised, particularly on the stairs and terrace. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, balcony and private terrace. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Free public parking can often be found nearby, subject to availability, but it is not private or guaranteed. Other things to note Bed linen, bath towels, hand soap and basic amenities are provided. We also provide 2 beach towels free of charge. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge when requested before arrival. Families travelling with one child may contact us before booking. In exceptional cases, we may accommodate a family of 2 adults and 1 child, subject to prior written approval. This exception is never available for 3 adults and must be agreed before booking. Air conditioning is available as an optional service with a supplement of €5 per day of use. Standard check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance: • From 9:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.: €40. • From 12:00 midnight onwards: €60. The air-conditioning supplement and late check-in charge are payable in cash upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included. For stays subject to the tariff in force from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, the current rate in Mataró is €1.75 per taxable guest per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests under 17 are exempt. The legally applicable rate at the time of the stay will be collected through the secure pre-arrival process.
