Additionally, on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with seating. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, and Smart TV with access to HBO Max and Netflix. Guests also have access to a PlayStation 5 with games and an electric scooter. Casa Belladonna is located on a fenced 1,000 m2 property, ensuring complete privacy. The heated saltwater pool ( m x m) and the hot tub for 3 people provide the perfect space for relaxation. Just a few steps away, there is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, gas barbecue, and Smart TV, ideal for gatherings and enjoying a family vacation. Upon request guests have access to an exclusive concierge service, which can arrange excursions, private yoga sessions, massages, private chef services, fresh local produce shopping, and much more. The concierge service can be booked in advance or arranged on-site. ***Jacuzzi and Pool heating service must be announced before arrival, and it is included in the rental price. Pool heating is available from April 15 to June 15 and from September 15 to October 15. Outdoor Finnish & IR sauna available - the best of both worlds. Note: Groups of youths are not allowed.
