Accessibility - The area where the villa is situated is extremely hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 78cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 78cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and are paved stoned with some parts gravelled with shrubbery. To access the pool, you must step down into it from the terrace. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 76cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom doors are 76cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
