TiefBlick is a family-friendly vacation rental with approximately 80 m² of living space over two floors (3 rooms, 2 bedrooms) and can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers exceptionally good views of the countryside and the Siel, a wood-burning stove, and an open-plan kitchen leading to the living room. A walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and Wi-Fi are provided. Balcony, garden furniture, and a barbecue included. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; 1 parking space. Long walks for people and dogs as well as bike rides through the Krummhörn and the North Sea coast are soothing for mind and soul. Bright, very spacious, always overlooking the Sieltief, our cozily furnished and well-equipped apartment is located on the first upper floor and in the attic of the house. East Frisian sofa, ear chair, fireplace and balcony invite you to look deeply and slow down. This beautiful approx. 80 sqm apartment is located in Eilsum (5 km to Greetsiel) directly on the canal and convinces with a beautiful view over water and meadows. Upstairs you will find the spacious living area with dining area, fireplace, sofa, armchair and TV, as well as the passage directly onto the furnished balcony with fantastic water views. There is also an electric grill for the balcony. Directly adjacent is the fully equipped large kitchen, which, among other things, has to offer ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a hand blender. On the same floor there is also a bedroom with double bed (single mattresses), wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as the beautiful bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, large roof window, washing machine, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Vacuum cleaners, clothes racks and other cleaning utensils are available in the storage room. In the converted attic you will find a beautiful gallery with two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m mattresses), chest of drawers, armchair and a desk. Also from here you have a great view over the canal and the fields behind! Tiles are laid in the bathroom and kitchen, the rest of the apartment is equipped with high-quality vinyl. The entire upper floor is equipped with floor heating, all the main windows have screens and pleats, in the bedrooms also for blackout. Up to two dogs up to 15kg of body weight each are welcome here! Free fiber optic wifi is available! (We do not assume any liability for full availability and sufficient speed.) The apartment has a car parking space in front of the house. A lockable garden house with electricity connection for bicycles is also at your disposal. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. In the same building are the accommodations "Kleine Auszeit 23", "Sieltied" and "Zweite Heimat", the houses "Wind in den Bäumen" and "Lieblingsplatz am Siel" are right next door. Eilsum is an East Frisian warftend village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisian's historic landscape by bike. Countless signposted bike paths take you through quaint villages, along the canals and hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with the Kunsthalle, museums, the "Otto-Huus" and much more. The apartment is located in a new development area, so we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and dust nuisances. Feel free to book a laundry package as an option.
