The space The villa itself is cosy, with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a modern washroom with a rainfall shower. The outside is just as inviting, with your own 4x2m pool for cooling off under the midday sun, reclining sun loungers, and your own bistro set for your morning coffees or late nightcaps. The front door has a width of 88cm. The terrace is reasonably flat and tiled, although small. This can be seen in the images. The pool requires ladder access. This is a ground-floor property where the bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 64cm wide.
