Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations: two serene king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a fun-filled room with bunks, perfect for kids. Each room is elegantly subtly themed leaving you feeling appreciative of the thought that has gone in to making this house a home. Blending contemporary amenities with mountain charm, this home is the ultimate family getaway, offering space, comfort, and a touch of adventure. Guest access Guests will have private use of the entire house. Other things to note You need to be 25 or older to book this property. We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please make sure all pets are added to your reservation. Pet fee is $50 per reservation. This 2-story home requires an exterior staircase to enter. While it offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the remaining bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time. The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided. We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided. Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues. An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard. Cooling: Window units in both king and queen bedrooms and one in the living room—provided from May 1st through September 30th. The top bunk is for children only.
