In the heart of the wonderful landscape of the Volcanic Eifel, surrounded by castles, maars and lakes, you will find the necessary relaxation with us. Our house is located in Meiserich – a district of Ulmen, in a very quiet new development area. The space The large and very cozy living area invites you to relax in the evenings, but you can also put your feet up on the relaxing armchair and really enjoy yourself. Our fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes yourself while on vacation. So you don't have to do without it even during this beautiful time. In the adjoining dining room, you can then enjoy the homemade delicacies. In our two bedrooms you will find the necessary peace and quiet to explore the Volcanic Eifel on foot, by bike or simply by car the next day. The country-style bedroom is equipped with new slatted frames, where the headboards are electrically adjustable. The other bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed. Feel free to let us know which of the bedrooms you prefer for your stay with us. Our pretty bathroom, with its very special flair, definitely invites you to relax after a busy day. Whether you are looking for a short refreshment or prefer a long bath after a busy day. Whether you want to make yourself comfortable with a nice book on the balcony, or just want to relax a little – you are sure to relax here. For the smokers among you, an ashtray is available here. Guest access The apartment is upstairs. Other things to note Dear holiday guests, our apartment should be a second home for you. You should be able to feel comfortable and rest. The following points are intended to help you have a harmonious stay and we hope that you will understand them. To ensure this, we ask that you observe these basic rules during your stay. Cleaning When you leave, the apartment should look the same as you found it! Please understand that you may incur additional costs for cleaning in the event of heavy soiling. The necessary cleaning agents are available. Duty of care We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. Please handle all furnishings and inventory with care! Damage No one intentionally damages things - but a mishap can happen to anyone. If something breaks or is defective, please let us know BEFORE your departure so that we can fix it as soon as possible and the next guests will find a fully equipped apartment. Garbage disposal / separation instructions: We ask you to observe the separation of garbage and to dispose of the garbage accordingly in the containers provided for this purpose. Smokers Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. However, an ashtray is available on the balcony for smokers. Quiet times In the spirit of being good neighbors, we ask you to observe the public quiet times such as noon, night and Sunday rest. Liability The renter is liable for all damages or losses, in the amount of the replacement costs! Domiciliary rights In the event of immediate repairs, it may be essential for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge.
