The space IMPORTANT: You will be required to sign a Renter Agreement. There is a doorbell camera pointing towards the street; camera on the front left corner of house pointing towards driveway; front right camera pointing towards the street; camera on back of home pointing towards pool and AC unit in backyard. Cameras record when motion is detected. Guest access Front door access code will be provided the day before check-in. Renter Agreement must be signed prior to code being provided. Other things to note GATHERINGS/EVENTS Small gatherings/events require prior written approval from the host. A refundable deposit may be required. ALL approved guidelines must be adhered to for the deposit to be refunded. POOL INFO Pool & Hot Tub Hours are 10a - 10p. Pool is heated and available year round as long as temperatures are ABOVE 60 degrees. If temperatures are BELOW 60 degrees during your stay, the pool WILL NOT be available. The HOT TUB is available as long as temperatures are ABOVE 45 degrees. If Temperatures are BELOW 45 degrees during your stay, the HOT TUB WILL NOT be available. PROJECTOR INFO The outdoor projector is available upon request. A refundable deposit may be required.
