Nouvauté en Cévennes!! You will stay in this superb Cévennes building renovated and tastefully decorated and with very beautiful volumes. The large open kitchen with its central island promises beautiful moments of conviviality. In the continuity, you will appreciate the living room and its large fireplace. At the highlight, the 130m² terrace, partly covered, with stunning views of the Taleyrac Valley and the Reynus Creek below, where you can go down a private path. The space You leave the departmental through a private access that leads to three parking spaces below the house. After taking a ramp arranged to access it, we cross the large terrace to enter directly into the main room, exposed framing, equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 people, and at the back the living room with large corner sofa and open fireplace. From the living room, a door leads to a bedroom with a 180 bed. Between the living room and the kitchen, a staircase climbs to another mezzanine bedroom with a 140 bed, a small bathroom + toilet. Another staircase descends to the lower floor, where there is a very large bathroom with shower + bath, a separate toilet, and two more bedrooms in a row separated by a curtain, with 2 beds in 140. Under the house, from the departmental road, a private path leads to the Reynus stream below. Guest access You will have access to the whole property, except for an outbuilding below. Other things to note Rental management is provided by the Conciergerie de l 'Aigoual. The maximum capacity is 8 people, spread over 4 double bedrooms. The internal stairs are secure for the little ones. The bed linen and towels are not included in the price. We can offer them for rent at a rate of €8/person for bed linen and €4/person for bathroom linen. The essentials (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...) are at your disposal. The cleaning fee is €120/stay, €100 for stays of 2 nights. Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €10/stay, to be paid on site upon arrival.
