Overlooking a panorama of rows of vineyards as far as the eye can see, Casa I Gessi dominates the Monferrato hills. Just 20 km from Asti and a few minutes from Moncalvo, this residence has a unique structure made of tuff blocks and wooden beams and is entirely surrounded by its own garden. The house revolves around a large living area with kitchen-island and lounge that overlook the panorama with large windows. Panoramic suites also upstairs with living rooms and fairy-tale bedrooms... The space Casa i Gessi is spread over two floors: on the ground floor the common living area and a bathroom as well as an apartment with independent entrance, bathroom and kitchen. On the first floor, the two suites with bathroom, a bedroom with external bathroom, a complete independent apartment and two double bedrooms for children. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children aged between 4 and 16. A travel cot is also available for smaller children. The outside is equipped with umbrellas and tables, deckchairs and a swimming pool.
