Sunny paradise by the sea

Summer house on Tjøme is idyllically located on a rocky oasis by Tjøme golf course, with large oak trees naturally shielding the property from view. Here, you wake up to the sound of birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. If you love golf, it's just a short walk to the green. If you prefer the beach, you can follow a beautiful path that takes you there in ten minutes. Nearby, you will also find a cozy café, a nature reserve and Mellomrød farm, all within a short walking distance. The space In the basement, you will find a storage room and a laundry room. On the second floor, there is a spacious kitchen, a living room with a piano and TV, two bathrooms (one with a shower and bathtub), and the master bedroom with a double bed. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a double bed. An extra crib and/or bed can be set up if needed. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace. Here, you will find a fenced dog yard and larger private areas with decking where you can relax. There is also a barbecue area with a charcoal grill, a hammock, and an outdoor table. Blinds can be drawn over the outdoor areas if needed. The property is located close to Tjøme Golf Course, 600 meters in a straight line from the sea, and 10 minutes from Tjøme center with a café and grocery store. Guest access The entire house, along with the property, is available for rent. The property spans two acres and is surrounded by majestic oak trees, flowers, and berry bushes. Other things to note Regarding pets, they are only allowed outside in the fenced area (see picture). Bed linens and towels are provided.
