Villa Domenico is a boutique villa in Slovenian Istria, set in the quiet hamlet of Turki, Sveti Anton, only 15 minutes from Koper. Blending 19th-century Istrian heritage with elegant interiors and modern comfort, the villa features 160 m² of living space with four bedrooms, a fully equipped first-floor kitchen, and two renovated bathrooms. Outside, a private Mediterranean garden awaits with a hot tub, summer kitchen, and complete privacy – the perfect setting for a truly relaxing stay. The space Born from love, perseverance, and Istrian limestone, the original Istrian stone hosue was built around 1790 by our great-great-grandfather Domenico Turco. Today, Villa Domenico welcomes you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of Slovenian Istria. Guest access Guests can use all the spaces on the property that are part of the listing (first floor apartment, laundry room with a shower, lounge area with a small library and a dedicated workspace, courtyard and garden, outdoor toilet, summer kitchen). Part of the house is off-limits and is not part of the listing for now. The hencoop and the animals are off-limits but can be observed closely. Wells are always locked for safety concerns. Guests will be shown upon arrival through the property. Other things to note • The Mint room is adjacent to the Stone room, and the Stone room is adjacent to the Sage room at the end. • The size of the full bathroom on the first floor is 4.5 m2. • Once or twice a day we come to the property to tend to the hot tub, feed the chickens and water the plants. We do not bother our guests but they can always approach us, talk with us, ask us about the house or anything else. • Feel free to ask us anything during your stay and we will provide it for you.
