Our house will be yours and we will let you enjoy the calm, comfort, charm, privileged environment and almost complete access to our living spaces. House from the 1930s, completely renovated in recent years, it is located in downtown Castres. Access to the heart of the city can be done on foot (5 minutes) and the main roads are in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes). This home will seduce you with its spaces, garden and pool. The space Surrounded by a closed and secure enclosure (wall, hedge, electric gate), the garden is located at the front of the house. Private parking will allow you to park your vehicles safely. With an area of 500 m² without direct neighbors, you can share moments with friends or family and enjoy the plancha, barbecue or grassy area in complete privacy. The pool, bordered by an 80 m² terrace on which you will find deckchairs, parasol, garden furniture, is not overlooked. You can fully occupy this intimate, sunny and very pleasant space. The house has a total area of 270 m² on 3 levels. You will be able to access about 200 m² because we keep some private spaces when renting. This is our daily living space that we will let you occupy during your stay. Very attached to our house, we trust you to respect the materials, decorative objects or furniture that will be left to you as is. The interior space consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 3 toilets. The photos attached to the listing allow you to discover these spaces more fully. The house is air-conditioned. You will also have at your disposal all our equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 3 televisions…. Towels are provided. Sheets are not part of the service; however, at your request, and under certain conditions, we can add this service for the rental. Just let us know when you book. We have 2 cats who will spend the stay with you. Very gentle and unobtrusive, we kindly ask you to feed them during your stay.
