Have a great holiday or business stay at this charming and stylish villa. This is a semi-detached, 2 bedroom + mezzanine villa, with: a full kitchen, open on the living-room, on the main, ground-floor, one full bathroom with a bathtub, on the first floor, a WC with a toilet and laundry room in the basement. The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor, and the mezzanine is accessed via a spiral staircase from the second bedroom. The space The residence is equipped with a seasonal, outdoor swimming pool and a playground. It is very well located, on the edge of a calm village, and is a 2 minute walk from the forest; it is very well linked, by car and public transport (bus stop in front), to Murten, Bern, Fribourg, the ski stations of Schwarzsee and La Berra... Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the villa. Other things to note I am occasionally on site and most of the time (during reasonable hours) reachable on the app., on mobile phone.
