Do you want to enjoy the beauty of Prague – and relax in the evening? In BetaHome, you will find a fully equipped, modern apartment with its own garden, garage and lots of smart details that will make your stay more pleasant for you and your children. You make coffee, turn on your favorite show, the kids play, and you really relax. We arranged the apartment so that our own family would feel good here. And you can experience the same feeling here now – like at home, but without the responsibilities. We slept here for a couple of nights ourselves to be able to judge how to live at Beta Home. My family and I have been using private accommodation for years to vacation, and we have transferred our experience to our Beta Home apartment. Everything in the description below is FREE of charge for our guests. Kitchen: - Fully equipped modern kitchen with large built-in fridge and freezer. - There is a dishwasher for guests' convenience. - Coffee, tea, oil, salt and basic spices are included. Living room: - Super fast internet is available throughout the apartment. - Our guests can enjoy the TV with an extensive selection of programs, Netflix and Disney+ - Play Station 5 and games - You can play your favorite music from the Marshall speaker - A 138x195 pull out couch provides comfortable sleeping for two people --- we've tried it out. - Storage space in a built-in closet is available for guest use. - Access to the garden Bathroom - The bathroom is separated from the toilet. - Washer, dryer, laundry detergents and fabric softener are available to guests - Enough towels of the highest quality – Czech brand Lejaan - Electric heating - Rituals body wash, shampoo and body lotion are provided for guests' convenience Separate toilet - Toilet paper is provided. Hallway - A large mirror and a storage closet are available for guest use. - Umbrellas are available in case of rain. Bedroom Quality sleep for our guests is an absolute priority - King Bed with Quality New Memory Foam Matrices - Pillows of various sizes and luxury linens of the Czech brand Lejaan are available to guests. - The bedroom has a work nook, a large closet, and plenty of hangers - Guests have access to the garden again. For the blackout, our guests can use the outdoor blinds and as of April 2024, the interior blackout shades for remote control. - The Philips Hue smart light allows you to adjust the color, but also the intensity according to your daily need - Space and workout – weights and yoga mat available Garden - Private garden 130 m2 with terrace 10m2 - Garden furniture available from April to October - Children's attractions available – toy cars, climbing frames, reflected, ball, mini pool in summer - Since the apartment is new and the garden still needs time to fully green Do you have children? We too, so we know what parents will appreciate: - Folding baby chair, cutlery, glasses and plate for the little ones - Books and toys for the little ones - Board games for larger children - PlayStation 5 game console with games , Netflix, Disney+ - Travel cot 4MOMS breeze with changing counter 115 x 81 x 74 cm - Bed guard in case of co-sleeping - Baby pillow, blanket and linen included - potty Garage - FREE parking in the garage right in the house. - 2nd garage space available on request Other things to note All our guests are required to fill out a simple registration form online before arrival and pay the city tax, which is required by Czech law. The fee rate is CZK 50 per person and each day of the stay, with the exception of the day of the start of the stay. A link to complete the information will be sent to you. In case of loss of keys to the apartment or in case of smoking in the apartment, we reserve the right to pay in the amount of 100 euros for the resulting complications.
