Eleven's apartment close to the train station and downtown

Apartment Eighth is located near the station (about 500m) and the center - Krupówki (about 1km). In the immediate vicinity (about 200m) there is, among others, a cafe, restaurant, pub, inn, grocery stores, pharmacy, theater, church, bus stop, hospital... The location is suitable regardless of the time of year and length of stay. The apartment consists of two separate rooms (living room and bedroom), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and is designed for 2-6 people. The space The apartment is located in a residential building on the second floor, exit only by stairs. The apartment consists of: Room 1: large corner sofa bed, wide double bed. Room 2: 2 single beds (can be joined to make 1 double bed). Kitchen: fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine... The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and painted in 2019. Guest access The apartment has an area of approximately 42 m² (452 sq. ft.) and consists of a hallway leading to two rooms (with lockable doors), a bathroom, and a separate open-plan kitchen. Room 1 has access to the balcony. The property has WiFi access, free parking space according to availability by the building. Other things to note Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in is possible between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Additionally, payable on site in cash: 1) tourist tax of PLN 2 per person per day, 2) 300zł security deposit for possible damage - this security deposit is 100% refundable during checkout. Any material damage in excess of the security deposit is the responsibility of the person entrusted to the property. 3) Towels are provided on request and are additionally payable PLN 5 per towel. 4) Photo ID required at check-in. 5) No parties or events. 6) Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The behavior of guests should not disturb others.
