Praia Mole Beachfront Condo Home

This home is in a beachfront residential condo just across the street from beautiful Praia Mole. It has 2 Suites, and it features all ammenities for you to feel at home: cozy living-room, fully equiped kitchen, a/c in the Master bedroom, wi-fi internet. I live here all year round then i am constantly taking care of it. The space The home features amenities such as wireless internet, ceiling fan in both Suites and in the living-room, a/c in the Master Suite, private backyard, parking place. The Master Suite has a balcony with a nice garden view and a double pillow top bed. The second Suite has a single top pillow bed. The guests have access to the entire house. I just keep 1 of the 4 wardrobes in the master suite closed, that´s where i keep my personal belongings. I might be in Floripa or travel when i rent my place. Either way, i am always available on my cel phone, per email or text message. I love Praia Mole. And i take many actions in the community so that it will keep it´s natural beauty for many years still. I have lived in other areas of the island, but for me Praia Mole is the best place. I love living in such a calm condo, nice neighbours, and just a few steps from a vibrant beautiful beach. There is a bus stop on our road, which is very convenient for day rides to the Lagoa or Praia da Barra. From the airport, i would recommend a taxi or a transfer. Since this is a residential complex, please show respect and consideration to the neighbours regarding noise at night. Guest access For the rental, I do not remove items like personal decoration, or things i use all year round from the house. Those are kept in the large drawers in the living or in boxes in my office, which stays closed for the rental. The office is outside of the house in the backyard. Other things to note This is a residential complex, then the neighbours who live here should be respected regarding noise at night.
