The space In front of the entrance of the accommodation, there is a private, grassy courtyard separated by a vegetative fence, offering a panoramic view of Lake Balaton. Upon entering the apartment, we arrive in the living room with an American-style kitchen. From here, there are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. Opposite the entrance is the balcony, which also offers beautiful views of Lake Balaton. Netflix is available in the apartment for guests who have their own account. Please note that cable TV is not available. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire apartment, including the fenced grassy courtyard and balcony. Following the residential complex rules, guests have access to the adult and children's pools in the communal courtyard, along with the provided sun loungers, subject to availability of space. Children must be supervised by adults when using these facilities, as well as the playground. Parking is provided for 1 car within the residential complex. Additional cars can park in the street parking lot, depending on the availability of spaces. Other things to note It is mandatory to register in the Guest app with a valid ID card, passport, or driver's license. After registration, guests will receive the guest information booklet with entry details.
