The space When you walk into our home you’ll be greeted by an inviting living area with a big comfortable sectional couch, colorful electric fireplace and floor to ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the waterfront. Our open-concept design connects the living room, sitting area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for everyone to spend quality time together. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: A spacious room with a plush king sized bed, large flat screen tv and walk-in closet. With floor to ceiling windows capturing a breathtaking view of the Esopus creek. It has its own private balcony and small outdoor dining area making it the perfect space for your morning coffee. Bedroom 2: A comfortable king sized bed and large flat screen tv. With access to a shared deck with the 3rd bedroom. Bedroom 3: Two twin sized beds and a flat screen tv with access to the shared deck. There is also an additional twin sized rollaway bed. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets and linens. All the tv’s in the house are Roku tv’s giving you access to all your favorite streaming services. Bathrooms: Downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower with a beautiful galaxy tiled floor. Equipped with Bluetooth speakers and a grab bar by the toilet. Upstairs bathroom has a nice enclosed tub with plenty of jets and built in speakers giving you the ability to listen to the radio or connect to WiFi to get a unique spa like shower experience. Outdoor space: The highlight of our property is the outdoor space. With two fire pits, two BBQ grills, and plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. The backyard leads you to direct access to the creek to enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. There is a great kayaking rental company only 10 minutes away that will deliver right to you. After enjoying the water, gather around the fire pit in the evening to roast marshmallows or just enjoy the warmth of the fire. Family and Pet-friendly: The property is kid friendly equipped with various games to keep them entertained. We also have a foosball table for fun with the whole family! We have various local babysitters we could recommend to you if you would like a kid-free night out. We understand that your furry friends are part of the family too, we gladly welcome well behaved dogs to our property with an additional $50 per pet, per stay fee. Nearby Attractions: The property is about 15 minutes to Kingston, or rhinebeck and 20 minutes to Woodstock. There are a plethora of attractions within a short distance. There is a year round ice skating rink in the village of saugerties, HITS is about 12 mins away, many nearby hiking trails some as close as 10mins away, excellent restaurants with vegan and vegetarian options, various antique shops, charming local shops. There are nearby waterfalls and nature reserves to explore. For the winter sport enthusiasts we are about 30mins from an array of ski trails in the Catskill mountains. Other things to note The property is located on the corner of glasco turnpike and rte 9w making it convenient to saugerties, Kingston, Woodstock and rhinebeck. There isn’t good cell service in the area but once you connect to WiFi, the WiFi calling works great. Primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property. Renting on behalf of others is not permitted **Absolutely no parties and no smoking inside or outside the house or surrounding property. If there are any parties, smoking and non registered guests, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit all payment.**
