Other things to note Please ensure to input the exact number of guests when making your reservation to accurately calculate the final amount ( after 12 guests the price will automatic add on RM30/Person/night). And our system has a limitation of 16 guests due to an Airbnb system issue. If your group exceeds 16 guests, kindly inform us in advance, the extra charge of RM30 per person per night fee will be collected separately via bank transfer or cash when your heck in. Please note that the maximum capacity is 25 guests. Security Deposit RM300 will be collected before check in and return after check out before 5pm. No full refund will be made if there is any damage to the unit, unexpected cleaning cost occurs or late checkout and etc ( Please refer to our house rules).
