Other things to note ⚠️ IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE ❌ We do not accept motorcycle gangs, motorbike convoys, or large motorcycle groups. ❌ We do not accept groups travelling by chartered/tour bus or large coach. Please make sure your group meets these requirements before making a reservation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Pricing and Guest Capacity * The listed price includes up to 16 guests. * Maximum capacity: 20 guests. Additional Guests * An additional fee of RM35 per person per night applies to each guest above 10 guests. Please enter the correct number of guests when checking the price on Airbnb. * Please inform us in advance if your group exceeds 16 guests. * Children aged 2 years and below stay free of charge. * Due to Airbnb system limitations, reservations can include a maximum of 16 registered guests. For groups exceeding 16 guests, additional guest charges must be paid separately by bank transfer or another agreed payment method before check-in. * Failure to declare the correct number of guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with our house rules. Security Deposit * A refundable security deposit of RM300 will be collected before check-in and refunded by 5:00 PM on the check-out day, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning requirements, late check-out, or violations of the house rules. Please Note * Kindly provide the correct number of guests before check-in. * The house will be prepared based on the number of guests included in the reservation. * Additional guests without prior notice may incur extra charges. * Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially at night, to respect our neighbors. * Please take a moment to review the house rules provided in the photo album before making your reservation and during your stay.
