Villa Tiki w/ heated Pool very quiet & green Oasis

Lots of privacy on a large sundeck with a screened-in saltwater pool that is comfortably heated through solar and an electric pool heater (on demand). Weber Outdoor grill, sun loungers and a large private Tiki lets you connect with nature and enjoy the sunset and outdoors. The space Single-story home, step-free access, freshly renovated with new tile flooring throughout (no carpet), all new interior dimmable lights, all new exterior Govee LED Lights (Lanai string lights, Coach Lights, Pool Light), new paint, tons of Florida- inspired decorations and new high quality furniture. Primary bedroom with King size bed (Beautyrest Black Hybrid), remote controllable ceiling fan and en suite bathroom (double vanity with Shower) and large walk in closets. Secondary Bedroom with King size bed and third bedroom with two twin size box spring beds. One additional bathroom with double vanity and shower. All Bedrooms have ceiling fans and all bathrooms have new LED Exhaust fans on timers and hair dryers. Extra two pack'n'plays/portable cribs and two high chairs available on-site for infants. Large Dining room to easily accommodate 6 people. Fully equipped Kitchen incl. all new small appliances like Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, Coffee machine, Waffle maker, Toaster, T-fal pan set, dinnerware/dishes, flatware, utensils.... Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge with Ice and Water. Kitchen provides counter seating for four and another counter-height breakfast nook. Family/TV room with 55" curved Samsung Smart TV offering Samsung TV Plus (Stream 250+ live TV channels, 1000s of movies, and shows on demand) or cast your own content, Samsung Blu-ray player, Bose TV Bluetooth Speaker. Free Quantum Fiber High Speed WiFi throughout the house. Lanai provides plenty of seating, two sun loungers, towel rack, ceiling fan, string lights and 3 burner Weber propane grill. Accessible through the Lanai awaits a uniquely decorated and stunning Tiki hut with additional seating, remote controlled fan and lights. THE BEST place to enjoy the sundown with your favorite beverage. Laundry room is equipped with Washer & Dryer, wireless Iron and wireless Vacuum. For the day on the beach you are covered with Beach essentials: a large cooler, all new Tommy Bahama Umbrella and 6 foldable chairs. Freshly serviced AC system with Duct & Vents cleaned and newly installed whole house Air Purification System (REME Halo-LED). All around high efficient double-pane windows and doors to eliminate noise and cut down on electrical costs. Reliable metal roof, full-house backup generator, solid metal Bahama shutters and deployable hurricane protection provide peace of mind in case of unforeseen severe weather. All rooms equipped with new smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and first aid kit provided. All spaces are easily accessible except for the locked owners garage, driveway can easily accommodate 2 vehicles. Saltwater Pool is heated all-year round by roof solar pool heater panels. Solar can be turned off during summer months when it gets pretty warm. For the winter months the pool temperature is not consistently maintained at a set temperature but the on-demand electric pool heater can be turned on if needed. The electric pool heater increases water temperature by around 1f per hour runtime and usually takes around 2-3 days to get into mid 80f, depending on outside temperatures and nightly cooldown. We are on the property next to Villa Tiki, close enough if you need anything during your stay, but rest assured we offer complete privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry, except for the owners garage. Please carefully review GUEST REQUIREMENTS in the House rules section, especially Age and occupation requirements! Other things to note Pool and Pool area is accessible through the open Lanai and through the enclosed Pool Cage. There is not a separate safety fence around the pool itself, please monitor non-swimmers that have access to that space. There is a chance to encounter Florida wildlife.
