The space As with all of HOLT homes, our luxury 1BR apartment has been fully renovated by HOLT specifically for high-end travelers. The entire space is adorned with carefully chosen decor, creating the perfect retreat that reflects its location in the heart of Bucharest, on the corner entering Cismigiu Park and gardens. This 1BR flat can host up to four comfortably, with a queen-sized mattress and a super comfy sofa that converts easily into a queen sleeper sofa. Fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, countless entertainment options with our Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready for use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff. The Kitchen includes: • A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils • Fridge, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more The Bathroom includes: • A modern shower head with great pressure and super hot water, for an all-encompassing clean • An oversized mirror to get ready for a day out exploring the city • Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered • A very comfortable toilet! Everything else: • Washer, iron, & ironing board • Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay • 24/7 self-check-in Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Other things to note Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver of 26.75 EUR, that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit of 200 EUR, held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee. Please note, we do not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and tax regulations, we provide receipts only, and only in the name of the guest who made the reservation on Airbnb. Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies, only in the name of the person who made the booking on the details of their platform guest profile. Guests may download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
