In order to ensure that your stay is enjoyable, we need to be able to address any challenges at the beginning of your stay. WHAT DO I BRING? We provide towels, bed linens, hand and kitchen soap, and essential kitchen items. Please bring extra towels for the hot tub or lake use, and any personal linens or pillows if preferred. Starter supplies are included: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, hand soap, and a few trash bags. Guests will need to bring additional toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos/soaps, large trash bags, recycle bags, charcoal, and firewood. For added comfort, you may wish to bring disinfectant wipes. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Times Cabin arrival time begins at 4:00 pm unless an early check-in has been arranged. Check-in time cannot always be guaranteed and may vary slightly depending on various circumstances and weather. Our office will reach out to you on your arrival day to gather your arrival time, and we will do our best to have your cabin ready when you arrive in Big Bear. Check-out is at 11 am.
